MN Legislature Fails on Energy Standards

Despite "overwhelming public support", the Renewable Energy Standard (RES) bill failed in the Minnesota House Thursday.

The RES, also known as the 2020 bill, called for Minnesota to adopt a standard of 20% Renewable Energy for the state by the year 2020.
