Poet Laureate nominations

For those of you who know him, I've just nominated Bryan Thao Worra for the position of Minnesota Poet Laureate.

Bryan has worked tirelessly to advance poetry and other forms of writing in Minnesota and across the US. He frequently packs standing room only crowds at his readings and reminds us that poetry is alive and well in Minnesota. His works has appeared in magazines, books, classrooms and even science fiction conventions.
