Live Action Grave of the Fireflies

Reported by Nausicaa.net: NTV will be airing a live action version of Grave of the Fireflies. Airing date is November 1. The story will be told from the view point of the Aunt. I'm a little surprised by this considering how the Aunt was portrayed in the original anime from Ghibli Studios. Still, I think this is note worthy and I'd love to be able to see it translated.
